Spices have been used for the longest time, and most are got from plant extracts. Spices play an important role, from the kitchen to its medicinal uses, and other different places. Spices are used in cooking especially in India and in other parts of the world. However, species also have different uses apart from the seasoning of foods, and some of the uses include;

 

1. Controlling bad breath

Spice shave been used for many years to control bad breath, and this is specifically with the cardamom spice. In addition to that, it is also used in correcting digestive disorders. Chewing the whole cardamom is essential in coping with diabetes.

2. Burning calories

Spices have a burning effect, making them the best for burning calories. The anti-oxidant that is present in chili helps in burning calories and reducing fat levels in the body.

This is another discomfort that many people go through. Toothache can make one not to eat or drink anything because of the sensitivity of the affected tooth. It can also be dried and crushed to produce oil which is in powdered form. Most Chinese cuisines are made using this spice, because of its pungent and spicy flavor.

There are people who have a history of chest congestions.
